Home Row Keys - ASDF JKL;

The home row is the foundation of touch typing. Place your left fingers on A, S, D, F and right fingers on J, K, L, semicolon. Your thumbs should rest on the space bar. These keys are called the home row because your fingers always return here after typing other keys. The F and J keys have small bumps to help you find the home position without looking.
